Could the tiers button be reinstated please.
Whilst the facility to put agents in a tier from within the queue set up is a
great feature, at the same time, the tiers button was removed.
This means now that it is difficult to see what agent is in each queue without
going into each individual queue.
This was an easy task when the tiers button was available because you saw every
agent in every queue.
It would also be really handy if it could be sorted by agent.
