For what I read it uses an RSA signature 1024bit (info obtained from Shizmo releases) and it is bypassed using a patched bootloader but... what is the real exact protection scheme of that rare console ?

There is no protection scheme. The only thing the Service Pack B does is remove the flag that was added to the official Service Pack B that would prevent it from reading unsigned exe files. Fun Fact, if you buy a Gizmondo game you can just insert the SD card and download the .exe file directly off the SD card since there was no protection on the cards themself.
