Updates to work with Gnome Shell 3.18 #21

Some tweaks to make the tracker search provider work with GS 3.18's changed way of doing search providers.

Thanks for the report, we have already these modifications available in the branch gnome_16 (which is working with 3.18, 3.20 and 3.22).
