Scrolling speed too slow? #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch game
2. Scroll around

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game scrolls kinda slowly for me. Maybe make the speed modifiable? Probably 
make this a future user story or something...

Scrolling speed has been doubled - and I think it should be good now... Might 
need
some refining on different machines though!
