Does not appear these user stories are implemented. #8

- User sees saved game tiles loaded
- User sees terrain-tile generator utility

The only button that appears to be implemented is 'Exit'.  There are tiles 
loaded on application launch but I'm not sure if that's what the user story 
'User sees saved game tiles loaded' means.

I am also not sure what the terrain-tile generator utility is.  How do I 
generate terrain tiles?
