Permit different login vs anchor field #5

We've found that, on occasion, you want to bind a login to one field, but anchor the user to another. For example, a username/email can change but there is another static UID field that doesn't.

Note that this only pertains to LDAP, since I believe this is the only driver that can support a differing field.
