Added note about caps lock led #195

Caps lock led is broken, confirmed on a T430, also there is an issue open with other users who have encountered the same issue.

The CAPS LED isn't broken, this patch doesn't enable it cause on the xx30 series the pin used for the LED is used instead to check for keyboard backlight (if it's a backlit keeb or nah). I asked someone and he said in order to power the LED, you need to ground the pin.
