MoPi Not Powering Up #119

Assembled MoPi 2 on Raspberry Pi 3B+ with TNC-Pi on 7" touchscreen. Followed installation and configuration per https://pi.gate.ac.uk/pages/mopi.html. running system from 12V power supply. Started and stopped several times with no problem. Shut down and removed power for several days. Applied power, nothing happens. No LEDs, unable to start with push button, nothing. Verified 13.6VDC at input to card. Where do I go next?

Let it sit for several hours and tried again. Now it comes right up. Strange.
