[x] Works no longer than shift max time
[x] Stops for a lunch break
[x] "Sleeps" till next shift, starts again after

[ ] Ends when last route also

[ ] Containers are assigned each morning City
[ ] Gathers statistics on performance of the shift
- [ ] Days past since request to pick up?
