Update README and gemspec to indicate Rails 5 requirement #159

As indicated by the haml-rails.gemspec, Rails 5.1 is required since 2.0.0. Haml-rails version 1.0.0 is the last version to support Rails 4.

I'm working on a PR to update the main description and "Older versions of Rails" section of the README, and the description in haml-rails.gemspec.
