fix(cdn): support for links on subcomponent

Intent of Change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Description

• Ensures that links are available on all subcomponents so that dynamic links and other link based lookups can be performed as required
• Updates the name of the specific link for Origin to OriginLink to reduce confusion between Links and Link on the Origin subcomponent

Motivation and Context

The links attribute was missed in the setup of origins initially and as you can insert additional values being able to use dynamic values is handy.
