Intent of Change

Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Description

Make the retention period for cache snaphosts use number instead of string
Sets a default with description so its easier to understand

Motivation and Context

Wasn't really sure what the option did until I dug into the AWS implementation.
