Intent of Change

Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
Refactor (non-breaking change which improves the structure or operation of the implementation)

Description

Allows for yaml files to be handled as outputs from the engine
fixes issue where an empty pregeneration raised an error when the bash executor tried to run it
Removes whitespace removal as this is no longer required for outputs written by the engine

Motivation and Context

Yaml support is available for configuration handling for different components
