feat: add support for deploying into local account

Intent of Change

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Description

• adds checking for a provided role when using ENV or USER role
• extends the error message to make it easier to understand how to configure auth
• configures the mfa token if provided on both the source and assumedrole profiles

Motivation and Context

This change allows for running hamlet deployments within a single account or using credentials issued from the account you want to deployed into.
