Replaces AUTOMATION_DATA_DIR with temp dir or WORK_DIR explicit config
Determines the AWS region from the placement of the mobileapp
Motivation and Context
Moving to using the CLI and some of the context provided through older automation context configuration is no longer available. This replaces those parts with other implementations.
