Remove credential setup in automation setContext
Ensure credentials are requested when required
Remove defaulting for environment configurations when promoting
Removes references to older concepts like integrator
Removes provider based checks where they are no longer relevant
Removes expected env vars from context properties
Removes reference to slices which were used before units
Removes the doc generation blueprint from manageUnits
Removes the integrator folder tree and commands as they have been deprecated and no longer required
