Reduce the number of command line options available to simplify the script and the build process
remove the setup command to allow for users to define how they want there env setup.
Add dependencies check instead of setup command

The bash script itself had too many options that were required to be setup instead of providing configuration through the cmdb
Removing the env setup supports users picking how there env is setup.
