Intent of Change

Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Description

Adds the archive copy step for OTA's to ensure that source maps work for debugging with sentry

Motivation and Context

Was removed during cleanup as it didn't have much evidence of use, but then found it straight away..
