Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
Refactor (non-breaking change which improves the structure or operation of the implementation)

Description

Update the expo script to align with testing results
Locks expo global cli to v5* to keep support for existing SDKs

Motivation and Context

Fixes from testing the process across multiple apps
