Migrate Away from Github #15

The development practices may not be in line with the larger Github community and this issue tracks the progress to migrate away from Github. It's unclear if Github is for open source or if it's another product offering within enterprise licensing. It's likely that Github will still act as a mirror and all issues and other project management will be centralized in places friendlier to open source projects.

Existing collaborators would have to migrate too, so this is not needed.
