EUMETSAT Failed to download #7

The API token expires almost immediately and I have to keep on generating until I get one that's in the future. I'm glad to hear that the EUMETSAT legal team is utilizing their precious resources to enforce compliance for some of my research activities based on an email I received today. The issue may have been because of routine checks and I intend to maintain full compliance. However, it should be noted that no changes need to be made to ensure full compliance.

I'm happy to hear that they are taking AI safety seriously, but additional roadblocks in imagined non-compliance scenario's would bring into question the industries efforts in enforcing AI safety as there are very real, very significant ethical problems that are not being addressed. It would lead people including myself to believe that enforcement of AI safety is merely to further entrench the power of organizations that are misusing AI.
