Follow-up on moving out of the SES sandbox to production #18

@fayez-nazzal note that until this is closed, you will always get 500 error when subscribing to notifications because the backend is trying to send you a confirmation email which gets rejected by SES due to sandbox. If you retry the subscription, you will get "Already subscribed" which means you subscribed but the requests failed while trying to send you an email. I just added your 2 emails as verified identities, please click on the email link to get them verified and start receiving emails on both (and sending from too if you have access keys in my account).

Once we merge #22, I will generate the static site and send them another followup so they see the real use case.

Just got approved for production! 14 messages per second, 50,000 per day!
