Fix broken links in jumpnav. #34

Issue: The IDs on the api-page convert the . to -, which means a couple of the the navigation links are broken. For example, see how these links don't jump down the page:

Hey, I was back on the site today and I noticed that these links still appear to be broken. Anything I can do to move this forward?
