Hard to tell what Biokepi does from the README, needs code example + tutorial link #271

The README should include the source of a simple Biokepi pipeline (align FASTQs, call germline variants) and link to a tutorial which highlights the use of common bioinformatics tools.

Hey @smondet, I would still leave this one open- an outsider to the lab doesn't stand much of a chance from the README since the only description is:

This project provides a family of libraries to construct “Ketrew Workflows” for bioinformatics pipelines.

In particular, I want to add tutorials (that are built by Travis) in a literate style, explaining how to make simple pipelines.
