ValueError: Missing genome data file from ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-85/gtf/mus_musculus/Mus_musculus.GRCm38.85.gtf.gz. Run pyensembl install --release 85 --species mus_musculus

I think this was fixed upstream.
