While using Epidisco to generate e.g. neoantigen calls is non-ideal for integration with Cohorts, where we want to have all the intermediate files available in the Cohorts cache, perhaps we can use Ketrew or Kubeface to (optionally) more quickly generate the Cohorts cache.
