Fix mhcnames to v 0.1.0 #235

should fix #233, until we are able to update mhctools to latest version.

Coverage remained the same at 53.257% when pulling 9215d7e7bbc66c7556ea947e8857f3d520c32968 on fix-mhcnames-requirement into c00291a06a3d60d6492c7af799135cc5003ffa42 on master.
