Going to play around with the layout of the page and the design of the projects:

Not entirely sure the comments need to be the first thing on the page. Maybe explore a timeline/activity feed approach [#650]
Make BAMS & VCFS tabs look more like tabs
Make the projects look more like objects (that can be expanded or collapsed [#602])
