Processor statistics and QA analysis #7

This PR addresses https://github.com/hammerlab/codex/issues/6 and to some degree automates analyzing the collected stats via a template notebook run using python analyzer.py processor_data --output-dir=$MY_EXP_OUTPUT_DIR.
