This PR adds discrete KL divergence as a metric for comparison of HLA-types. This branch depends upon an yet unpushed-to-opam branch of oml so an opam pin is required. The features are complete but may require a bit more tuning as we evaluate the usefulness. For these 2 reasons, I'll open the PR but not close it for a little while.
