Miriam pointed me to Marc Dalod's work for possible expression data on DC subsets.

His Characterization of Dendritic Cell Subsets Through Gene Expression Analysis seems quite relevant.

Hey, just FYI Dalod's ex-postdoc (Sreekumar Balan) who performed much of this work Miriam is talking about joined Nina's group earlier this year. He routinely analyzes and sorts peripheral and cord-blood DC subsets for his work.

It's also probably worth pointing out that Nussenzweig's group, as well as another group recently performed the the type of DC sort from blood/tissue followed by scRNAseq experiment it seems like you're pursuing. Also, Ginhoux's group supposedly has a paper in submission at Science that does something along these lines as well.
