Review Dana Pe'er's model for scRNA seq using BISCUIT #33

I had posted this to our internal discourse topic (Immune infiltrate lit review); posting this here so we can track it.

An unrelated question I've been thinking about is to ask -- can we use scRNA seq data to construct synthetic mixtures of the (many!) immune cell types their group has identified?
