Unix Compile Errors for Type-Parameterized Tests

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. simply try to compile the attached file on Linux/Cygwin
2. check lines 16-19 in the attached file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The macro expansion does not work as expected (modifying every definition
of a typedef).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.3.0 Cygwin/Linux (code snippet not working)
1.3.0 XP/Vista (code snippet working)

Using 

TestFixture::myVector a 

solves the problem. Sorry for the mess...
