Spinner continuously displays on certain screens

Admin > Manage Roles > Admin Button or Supervisor button

Click the button, spinner starts, list gets populated but spinner never goes away. Both Dev and Prod

Certain screens suggests more than one, but only one is indicated. Are there others?

Just the one screen, but both Admin Button and Supervisor Button caused the issue
