VR-only Immersives in non-VR mode using the mouse pointer

It'd be awesome to see VR-only immersives, such as the bag, being usable in non-VR mode.

Bag

• Inventory keybind opens the bag and puts it in the center of your screen/carried in(-between) one or both hands if using a full body rendering mod
  • This is done in such a way that you can look at it when moving your view down, towards the bag
  • The bag should be rotating in the same way as your body, only rotating when your body rotates
• Mouse pointer can be used to interact with the items in the bag and the bag itself, preventing normal actions from occurring

Books

This would make https://github.com/hammy275/immersive-mc/issues/164 usable in non-VR mode.

  • This is done in such a way that you can look at it when moving your view towards the book
  • The hand should be rotating in the same way as your body, only rotating when your body rotates
• Mouse pointer can be used to interact with the text, buttons and pages

Things like these are both things I've had requests to have working out of VR. I do very much have interest in getting them working, though as a heads up, it's not as high on the priority list of things to do, so it may be a while.
