Principle: user can always page through all data.

Things I wanted to do with the huge sheet of grant data:

Instantly filter down to just rows that matched a value so I could compare them
Cluster and merge (a la openrefine)

Hide / remove columns to more easily skim the data

example for filtering rows: I downloaded the OpenAddresses state.txt file from http://data.openaddresses.io/ and wanted to quickly filter rows that just had "polygon" in them
