8 years ago I'm not convinced this is the right thing to do, but I don't have another thing to try. Lets go for it.
Want to spend some time sprinting on designing Things to replace this some time in the near future?
As noted in https://github.com/hamperbot/hamper/issues/11, I'd like to see clever-er answers to certain question types. This commit causes Hamper to propose an oblique strategy whenever he's asked a non-'or' "should" question.
I also nuked the non-action oblique strategies -- they're not as funny. I want Hamper to seem like he's at least trying to help you; he's already just fine at making no sense.
