This should be done with hooks and ignore files.

GIT Repo needs to be auto cloned into the home directory.
- repo.git will be the repo
- git use hook to checkout the repo to the home dir
- look at a process to check any new file into the repo

Remember to change the ownership of the hook to the user and make it executable. Add a file called .gitkeep to empty folders.

I have made the hook and updated the user creation script, however I need to look at a way to check new files into the repo from the braincase side, however I am not sure if this is even needed.

I also changed the repo name to the format {USERNAME}.git. So if the username was bob one would use the following connection string:

bob@braincase:bob.git
