User sync manager does not set a users shell password #298

The user sync process should get the password out of the saved mail notification file, and set the password on the linux user. However this isn't happening.

It should work like this:

  1. admin creates user and checks the notify option
  2. sync script sets password and sends email
  3. user gets emails with details
  4. user logs into SSH with details from the email
