Adding user and checking notify gives error #313

When adding a user, and ticking the box "Notify User" the below error appears;

Notification email could not be sent

James will most likely want this error to either display 1) "The user will be sent an email once the user is synced into Braincase" (or something similar) 2) If this indeed a bug, fixed instead.
