Keep the clutter down #25

We shouldn't clutter the page. It should be clearcut.

The most important thing on the page should be the content. The text should be dark and stand out.

Things such as dates, tags, usernames, votes should be lighter or only appear when you mouseover the comment/suggestion.

I agree, but I think nesting sections and subsections could increase readability. So could threaded comments.
