Hall of Fame/Shame #67

Open OLawD opened 12 years ago

After I let in a classmate on the project he reminded me that there are examples of very well written laws. Many people find the UCC to be well written (one of my professors helps edit it) and it is definition heavy. If you haven't already take a look at that, as opposed to say a federal bill, and you'll see.

Anyway, the feature is a hall of fame/shame based on the "clarity" of the bill. We can call out bad form and examples not to follow and do the opposite for helpful tips and identify why/what was clear about it.

Sounds good.

The hall of fame/shame could also highlight bills that were declared unconstitutional and/or overturned in court, and provide examples of better legislation that was upheld. Similar discussion/analysis of why a bill failed/succeeded could take place.
