Devise setup #71

Try that again, haha. Set up Devise as our basic authentication system. It should give us a good jumping off point to build the specific features that we'll need.

Dude you may want to do a manual merge. You should be able to commit into master I think. I would do it but I've never setup Devise before so probably wouldn't understand any merge conflicts.
