Internationalize all texts #2

The webmaster has received an email from one of our english speaking fans who is upset that the websites text is only available in German.

We should think about adding at least an english version of the webpage. The international version should also be delivered via www.hierkommtmartin.de. Another domain would probably dilute our brand.
