Does not display SWF Module Settings link on Activities page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download module
2. Creates all required table
3. No Settings link on Manage Activities page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Missing on settings page and as a result could not add swf activity to the 
course.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Moodle 1.9.11+ on Windows and also tried on Moodle 1.9.4 on Ubuntu

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this. I've uploaded an older version of the SWF Activity 
Module while I work on an issue with the module settings page. Some people were 
reporting a blank screen on the module instance form immediately after 
upgrading. I'm also going to make some overall modifications to the module so 
that it functions in the same way but the code is more concise and stable.

Would you mind sending/uploading working module code so that we can test in and 
see it in action to be able to use it.
