update setup instructions in README.md #5

Hi @hamzagamouh ,

Thank you for this repository, it made embedding computation so much easier!

I managed to use your repository to compute sequence embeddings on the gpulab. However, to make it work, I had to make minor adjustments.

Here is a PR with updated steps. You can consider whether you would like to merge these changes into your repository.
