The 3D skull is displayed by thresholding the actual/synthetic image with a pre-defined Hounsfield unit (HU) value, depending on your specific task.

Hello. I had the same problem as @Johnren1111. I requested the dataset and pre-trained model from the Google driver, but I didn't get a response. It's ehdrl3600@gmail.com.

@wld159 @chocolatetoast-chiu @clytze0216 Hey all, I just make the pre-trained model and the testing MR to be publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Please let me know if there are still issues accessing the files.
