【功能建议】希望给换源刷新添加快捷按钮 #148

国内经常出现图片加载失败的问题，又因为看漫画的时候只有一只手，所以希望可以给换源刷新添加一个键盘快捷按钮。

请问能否加个图片加载失败时自动刷新？顶栏设置刷新最大尝试次数和换源刷新最大尝试次数。比如图片加载失败后自动刷新1次，还失败就自动换源刷新2次。
