Enforced Page Fit, even when zooming in page #78

Most readers support different fit options, usually it's fit by width, height, or both.

Please consider adding the function to fit by width in Book mode, I don't mind scrolling down, there is so much space on sides unused.

Alternatively, if I can somehow disable pages zooming back when I zoom the page itself, please tell me what to change in the script.

Thanks a lot, that's probably the only thing that I think is really missing from this marvelous reader.

The script doesn't support the two features, but I think they are good ideas. I will work on it in the next months.
