Updates Android Gradle Plugin to 7.0.0 (latest bundled with Android Studio Arctic Fox)
Updates minimum Android version to 5.0 (SDK 21)
Updates Android compile/target version to 12.0 (SDK 31)
Updates Gradle wrapper to 7.1.1
Updates Kotlin to 1.5.21
